February 9, 2026: A Special Thank You
I want to extend my gratitude to everyone who helped me tackle the frustrating issue with my new PC's 'Print Screen' button. Despite our collective efforts, we couldn't pinpoint why it stubbornly refused to work with SnagIt, instead dumping all my screen captures onto the desktop. But the real hero of the story is the follower who initially shared an unsuccessful solution and then followed up with a brilliant idea that finally did the trick!
